To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires. Please note that for subscription services, your right to cancel applies to the initial subscription only, not to automatic renewals.

If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day window, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any applicable taxes.
We will process your reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive your cancellation notice.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content or services that you have already started using, downloaded, or streamed. Once you begin actively using the service, this exception may apply.
Beyond the 14-day consumer right to cancel, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
We may refuse refund requests if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate counterclaims.
